Dining Out- Enjoy the social side of food.

Food is a hugely social aspect of our lives and something to enjoyed with family and friends.

Being healthy in your food choices doesn’t meaning that dining out is a no no, or that dining out is going to totally derail your health ambitions.

You can still match healthy foods and dining out together, it just takes some planning, preparation and a little mindfulness to how it is done.

Planning head is a great way of staying on track, such as reviewing the menu before you go, compare the choices you have, pick in advance so there is less pressure when with family and friends.

Go veggie based on your starter, share a desert, go alcohol free, watch those sauces and fried foods, even portion control can make the difference. There are so many ways to keep your eating in check but still enjoy the quality time out.
