How do you view your own physical health?

Do you love it or hate it?

Whatever your approach to your fitness and physical health is as unique as you are.

But for maintaining overall health there is nothing better than being active and exercising, from maintaining a healthy weight, to improving mood and brain function to helping reduce anxiety and stress.

Having an active lifestyle will truly be a game changer in promoting the quality of life you so deserve.

For many of you where to start, how much to do and what to do are the questions that stop you starting in the first place.

This is where the Kinetic Energy fitness challenges come into play, each session is aimed at your fitness level and ability with its guided progression over a set period to allow you to improve, not only your fitness levels and health, but your self-confidence, self-esteem and feel good factor.

Each fitness challenge is guided and aimed at all levels, beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Beginner – New to physical exercise or with less than 6 months experience. As a beginner
your fitness sessions should last no more than 30 minutes as you work on building
physical strength as well as cardiovascular health for your heart and lungs.

Intermediate – Having between 6 months to 2 years’ experience of physical exercise and
having some base level of strength and endurance. You are active on a daily basis and can
maintain a brisk walking pace for a few hours. This is where the majority of people sit with
their levels of fitness. This is a medium level of fitness.

Advanced – 2 years plus training with the use of advance training techniques as well as
having higher levels of endurance, strength and flexibility. This is a higher level of physical
fitness.

Remember to always work within your own capabilities and fitness levels, for sure the activities are meant to challenge and test you but all within the realms of your own abilities.
